Bochs 2.1 performance

Hello,

I am using Bochs for emulating RectOS systems.
Just want to ask, why Bochs version 2.1 is so slow compared to version 2.0.
It nearly takes twice the time to boot the system with the newer version.
(both downloadable binaries and compiled code of the current CVS source code)
