hi Stanislav,

it's not possible to do it with cvs. We'd have to ask sourceforge
admin to do it for us by tweaking the repository.
In the meantime, you can prune empty directories when updating
your tree with cvs update -P. You can also add -d to create
new directories present on cvs but not on your local tree.
