Automatic checksums for rombios.c with biossums

Christophe made an initial check-in of the biossums-utility. Its purpose is to 
calculate
various checksums in a freshly compiled rombios and patch them into the rom. 
There
is some documentation in "docs-html"; biossums.c itself is in the "bios" 
directory.
