Hi David, I am already using a swap space:

Hi,
perhaps you should try creating an alternate image for swap space?

Hi guys,

this is my first post, I tried to search on the net, but I found nothing.

I installed Bochs 2.0.2, I used the same disk image used for "Debian 2.2r5 Image", just as a reference for my bochsrc, then I created my own, as follows:

megs: 64
romimage: file=$BXSHARE/BIOS-bochs-latest, address=0xf0000
vgaromimage: $BXSHARE/VGABIOS-elpin-2.40
floppya: 1_44=a:, status=inserted
ata0: enabled=1, ioaddr1=0x1f0, ioaddr2=0x3f0, irq=14
ata1: enabled=1, ioaddr1=0x170, ioaddr2=0x370, irq=15
ata0-master: type=disk, path="hd505meg.img", cylinders=1024, heads=16, spt=63
ata1-master: type=cdrom, path="slackware-9.1-install-d1.iso", status=inserted
boot: c
log: bochsout.txt
mouse: enabled=0
keyboard_mapping: enabled=1, map=$BXSHARE/keymaps/x11-pc-us.map
pit: realtime=1
ips: 1000000
ne2k: ioaddr=0x300, irq=3, mac=b0:c4:20:00:00:00, ethmod=win32, ethdev=\Device\NPF_{6532A312-F00D-4BB1-80EC-0CF06379C5FD}
com1: dev=com2

then, I installed series a and n from Slackware 9.1.

Everything was installed right.
I can log in, I can use vi, access the network, but when I try to use mv, or cp, it returns:
mv: memory exhausted or
cp: memory exhausted

do you know what is that?

Thanks!
