A new version of the pcidev patch is available at:

Changes:
        - better integration with Bochs build system
        - dynamic remapping of the PCI IRQ line
        - added management interface for I/O memory handlers
        - dynamic remapping of I/O memory handlers
TO DO:
        - refactor the management of I/O port handlers
        - dynamic remapping of I/O port handlers
        - PCI DMA mapping
