You have PCI either turned off or not compiled in, which doesn't
matter, because ne2k doesn't use it. The debian 3.0r0 image doesn't
look for ne2k; you have to use modprobe with its ioport address. BTW,
you may have to run Bochs as superuser/administrator for ne2k to work.
