Win32: Status bar position bug

Hello,

A bug in win32.cc file.
Status bar with message "F12 enables mouse" are created in right place, at
the bottom of main window but after any F12 button click it jumps ~20 pixels
(~2-3 lines) up and appears on the main window little higher Windows98
taskbar.

I guess there is a problem in new position calculation of the status bar
before MoveWindow call.
Somebody could fix the problem ?
