Arizona Development Questions

Ok, let's say a newbie has downloaded and installed QT Open Source
Beta 4.4.0  with Webkit support and now wants to try to compile simple
QT apps for the OSD.

I have Mingw32 and Code::Blocks installed on WIndows box.
I have a Linux laptop running Ubuntu Gutsy.

Where can I find Arizona on my OSD?

What compiler exists on the OSD or how do I get one?

Where can I find it?

What are the compile commands?

If I develop a simple GUI which can fetch a website url, how do I
compile and run it on the OSD without
the main menu showing?
