I looked at it, but I can't remember why I didn't use it. I'll try again,
thanks for the suggestion.

Maybe I can switch between different configurations? I'll give it a try. In
the prototype I tried to "freeze" windows (gnus, bbdb etc.) in several frames,
but then a lot of code stopped working. I had thought I could follow the model
of ECB, but that is only one application, compared with
planner/bbdb/gnus/calendar/...
