Well, I think I've found some more typos there in planner-diary.el:
line 811 , in function planner-diary-insert-public, there is:

I'm afraid it should be

|      planner-diary-public-string ; title
`----
The same in planner-diary-insert-private and
planner-diary-insert-appts
