I can't publish from work place since I am behind a > firewall. You can publish pages on your hard disk without uploading them to a web server. That's how I work, actually; I publish to another directory, then rsync this up to my webserver whenever I want to update my website. It is also possible to publish directly to one's webserver through TRAMP or some other remote-editing thing, but I spend a lot of time offline, so I don't use that trick. =) C-u M-x emacs-wiki-visit-published-file opens the published file using find-file.
