If you want, you can also use the gmane interface to browse the
gmane.emacs.wiki.general group. You can read emacs-wiki-discuss as
either a blog (http://www.gmane.org/gmane.emacs.wiki.general) or
as an Usenet newsgroup.

As for this:

What would be a nice user interface for a feature that lets you link
the current buffer to a previously-created task?

Maybe you could call M-x planner-annotation-as-kill and then call some
not-yet-written M-x planner-add-killed-annotation on a task, which
will also update any linked tasks.

Is there a better way?
