Follow-up Comment #1:
Barring further discussion, I've decided to leave this the way it is, because
it currently allows you to enter a regexp for the task status. This seems
mutually exclusive with having a completing-read. We're using this feature in
a lot of places, and it seems like a good thing to keep.
Instead, I think I'll wishlist a set of separate functions for listing the
tasks with different status, like planner-list-delegated-tasks, etc. This is
what we've already sort of done with planner-list-unfinished-tasks.
