character entity  

while trying to show the actual non-breaking space character
after the   entity, emacs-nxml-mode goes into an
eternal loop of  \ \ \ \ \ \  characters and i've had
to kill the entire emacs session after opening an XML file
with this character encoded like this.

does anyone have a fix for this?
