OK, I downloaded it, but am not sure what to do next (instructions are
a bit thin in the file). How do you have this setup in your .emacs?
I'm thinking perhaps it'd be best to use something like the TeX method
to specify when things get switched in:
`` and '' for smart quotes
-- for an en-dash
--- for an em-dash
So:
a) how do I get this?
b) anyone have any better ideas?
