bug: numeric char entities in attribute values: msg#00089

Subject: bug: numeric char entities in attribute values
bug report

I notice that if I have 'nxml-char-ref-display-glyph-flag' enabled and
have any numeric character entities within attribute values,

  - the corresponding glyphs are unexpectedly placed just after the
    closing angle bracket for the start tag (instead of being placed as
    expected immediately after the actual entities within the attribute
    values)

  - if there are multiple numeric entities within an attribute value,
    a glyph that corresponds to the final entity in the value ends up
    being used as the glyph for all the values

That is,

  <foo title="the bar © component of baz ™">

    ...shows up as:

  <foo title="the bar © component of baz ™">{trademark}{trademark}
