0109 # c LATIN SMALL LETTER C WITH CIRCUMFLEX

010B # c LATIN SMALL LETTER C WITH DOT ABOVE
010C # C LATIN CAPITAL LETTER C WITH CARON

Now all show as C, but without the decorations.
I'll try it with that for a while and report back.
