Sorry, it was a request for elisp syntax. (For non - lispers?)
(experimentation provides
(setq rng-schema-locating-files '("c:/sgml/relax/slf.xml"))
?? What is it for n files
(setq rng-schema-locating-files '("c:/sgml/relax/slf.xml" "file2" "file3"))
I suppose?
