These are bugs in the Makefile that comes with Tramp, or a problem  
with your specification of the path in the EMACS variable.
In the case of Makefile bugs, it would be good if you could report  
them to the Tramp authors so they can be fixed.

What version of Aquamacs are you using?
If it is the latest release 1.1 or the CVS version, what is the value  
of `load-path'? (Type C-h v load-path RET)
