Problem with Alt key

Hi!

I had a problem inserting some chars in Emacs, for example # or [

I had no problems with á or é so I think it's not a text coding problem. 
 I had an external keyboard, but I even try with macBook keyboard and 
the problem remains.

It seems to be a problem with Alt key, but I don't know how to solve it.

Any idea?
