Tuareg mode with Aquamacs

I tried to install the tuareg mode

        http://www-rocq.inria.fr/~acohen/tuareg/index.html.en

to Aquamacs Emacs 0.9.9 d

I put the file tuareg.el into the Preferences/Emacs in my Library.  
But there's no tuareg mode available. Opening a .ml file doesn't turn  
it on as I expected.

What have I to do to make the taht mode work?
