mention how to merge two .bbdb files

Mention in the Info file the best way to merge two (perhaps just
slightly different) .bbdb files.

Worked for me:
$ diff ~/.bbdb other/.bbdb #see how they differ
$ sort -u ~/.bbdb other/.bbdb > /tmp/.bbdb
$ emacs /tmp/.bbdb #removing unwanted items by hand
$ mv /tmp/.bbdb ~
