import from Outlook and Netscape

Hello,
  I have just started using bbdb and I want to import the address books from
Outlook and Netscape to bbdb. Is there any existing package/function which 
allows doing
that?
There might be duplicate entries in the Outlook and Netscape address books,
will bbdb take care of removing such duplicates?
