Re: OER Handbook project

Hi Randy --

I think Seth is referring to the instructional design question of how
to author a handbook which is serving two different target audiences.

The issues are about the best way to structure and organize the
materials.  I have a couple of ideas and will post these on the
relevant talk page in the Wiki -- when I get some breathing space ....
