I don't know of a way to go directly from .doc to .png, but if you make PDFs you can use GhostScript to convert them to arbitrary sized PNGs. gs -sDEVICE=png256 -sOutputFile=my.png my.pdf (There are many png* psuedo devices depending on bit depth, color, etc.) Of course you lose all of the advantages of a text format, so while it can be done it is hard to recommend it. :-) |
