Hi Dave and Pankaj,

Can you clear your (old) messages by clicking the "Read" button to
the left of the message?

Brent Simpson and I have not been able to clear our messages for a
number of weeks. So every time I login, WE thinks I have new messages
because the old ones have not been read.
