This sounds very interesting.  Hope that you'll be an Ambassor for
WikiEd and tell folk about our project :-). Don't be shy to spread the
word about the Learning4Content online training sessions which we'll
be holding this year to support teachers who want to develop their
wiki skills.

Cap do you work in the K12 area?

If so I would like to tap into your experience and thoughts on the
content areas and types of resources that are likely to promote active
participation from K12 educators.

At the moment about 50% of new accounts on WE are in the tertiary or
post secondary sector whereas only about 20% are from K12. WE is for
all sectors and all levels and we need to think about ways which can
help K12 teachers.

For example -- we have the Handouts4Teachers concept for teachers to
work on handouts which may be useful in the classroom. See:
