Brent, Good to read your words. I'm signed up for Teemu's OER course starting in March. I'll definately be wanting to leverage the work done in this course to create a handbook like learning environment. I intend on following what I was suggesting in my OER program proposal. Or at least seeking feedback from others during this course. Many hands make for easier work....
