Comments on Essential Science Indicators (Thompson Scientific)?

Has anyone used Essential Scientific Indicators (from Thompson Scientific; 
http://scientific.thomson.com/products/esi/)?  I've requested information from 
the company, but I'd love to hear some first-hand stories.  How often is it 
used?  for what sorts of queries?  ease of use?  value for the cost?
