The MLA Hospital Library Section recognizes the significant
accomplishments of its members with the following awards. 
Surely you can think of someone who has contributed to the profession or
who has raised the visibility of the HLS section through her or his
work.

Professional Recognition Awards are given in the four areas of
*       Leadership 
*       Research 
*       Publication 
*       Technological Innovation 
 
The "Catch a Rising Star" award honors members who have been in the
profession five years or less and who have already carved out a niche
for themselves.
 
Please consider nominating a colleague soon for one or more of these
awards...
 
And don't forget nominations for the 2006 Scroll of Exemplary Service.
