?: Best Practices for Reporting Patient Satisfaction Data Interna lly: msg#00451education.libraries.medlib
The director of service excellence at my hospital asked me to find out how other hospitals are reporting patient satisfaction data internally for departmental dashboards or monthly report cards. Specifically, she's trying to decide whether to report the data internally using MEAN SCORES or PERCENTILE RANKINGS. Is one method better than the other? Is there any evidence to support this?
