REF: Authoritative definition of "narcissistic injury"

Folks, I find this term thrown around in articles and it was evidently coined 
by Freud but I've checked Kaplan & Sadock and the few psychology dictionaries 
and texts I have without finding it formally listed anywhere and a definition.  
Could someone supply me with a definition from some authoritative source? Joy
