? Satisfaction with Milner-Fenwich patient education videos

I am interested in learning how Milner-Fenwick videos are used in your 
hospitals.  Do any of you lend them to individuals from your libraries as 
opposed to them being given to patients?  Are you pleased with the content?  
Are they well used?  Do they come back?  Any comments appreciated.  Thank you,
