Adding books fail

Hi,

 

I have Emilda up and running on a Suse 10.0 machine with one minor? issue; adding books fail. When I press the Accept button in the book_add.php script the following shows up in my apache log:

Any help with deciphering this output is highly appreciated. When it comes to the installation process I have followed the steps outlined in the file ./doc/index.html of Emilda 1.2.3 to the best of my ability. I have verified that my zebra server is up and running and that nothing strange is output in the zebra log file.
