This issue will be addressed in 1.3 as we also will move commenting and
grading away from book_info. Whether or not to implement this in the 1.2
branch is another question.

It is possible with some changes in the template, but I think having to
scroll horisontally in the first place is a bigger problem. How to
present umpteen MARC fields in a table with several rows is an
interesting question. Once again at least a v1.3 problem.

The charges system is somewhat work in progress. For 1.2 there will
probably be no changes.
