little wishlist

it is a bit daunting for the root user to wait on the home-page after login
for more than 1000 users in about 40 groups to show up as
"my groups" (a very doubtful brute-force-select of every user in the 
system).
things get worse since the user will leave this page very soon and the 
html grinded is worthless ...
please think of a better solution or a "show my groups AND users"-button :-)
