Improperly Configured Emilda/Yaz/Zebra?: msg#00000

Subject: Improperly Configured Emilda/Yaz/Zebra?
Greetings to all,

I have recently installed Emilda, on an Ubuntu (Debian-esque) server. I am not the sole administrator however, and some things have been changed over the past week. Originally, our web folder was located in /var/www, and so I had begun to install Emilda to /var/www/emilda. However, for various reasons, our web folder needed to be moved, and so Emilda now resides in /usr/local/www/emilda. Now everything appears to be installed and properly configured, since I can run setup.php without any problems, and logging in through index.php goes fine. But when I try to add a new book I get the following slew of error messages:

YAZ error: 109 (Database unavailable) (Host:
       localhost:9999/Default) (Query: @and @and .... [etc]

YAZ error: 109 (Database unavailable) (Host:
       localhost:9999/Default) (Query: @and @and ... [etc]

YAZ error: 4 (Terms only exclusion (stop) words) (Host:
       z3950.libris.kb.se:210/libr) (Query: @and @and ... [etc]

YAZ error: 10000 (Connect failed) (Host:
       groucho.lib.rochester.edu:7090/voyager) (Query: @and @and ... [etc]

YAZ error: 10000 (Connect failed) (Host:
       zsrv.library.nwu.edu:11090/voyager) (Query: @and @and ... [etc]

Also, if I try to manually add a book I get the following:

 Software error:

Cannot open MARC-file (/var/www/emilda/zebra/records/0000000002): Permission
denied at lib/MARC.pm line 655.

This is an ominous error message to be getting, since Emilda/Zebra/Yaz should not be looking in /var/www/... any more - as far as I know, everything should have been (re-)configured to look in /usr/local/www, but I guess this error message means I must have forgotten something. Does anyone have any thoughts on where I might be able to look for this misdirected configuration? I guess a full uninstall and reinstall is an option, but I'm hoping to avoid that if possible.
