Fresh Installation

We are attempting a fresh installation on Fedora and are trying to get
through the Zebra installation instructions with a limited understanding
of installing in Linux, etc.

We have gotten the source files, conifigured with PERL but are confused
after that. 

Do we make zebra before editing the Makefile in the perl subfolder?

Can someone tell us exactly what the file should look like?

Any clarification on this will be appreciated.
