MARC uploading

Can someone clarify for me whether or not it is possible to upload a file
containing MARC records (in plaintext or binary), ie to do batch uploading?  I
have been poring over the documentation and scouring the net, but have not
found out whether this is doable.  And the app itself does not seem to enable
it.
