FYI ... a parallel CVS environment sounds to my ear as if there may be
unnecessary duplication. You may wish to simply add management
of the contents of the debian directory to CVS instead.
"apt-get source emilda" will retrieve the Debian source package so you
can find out what is in this debian directory. You may also notice that
this directory will look more like the layout of emilda-1.2.0-alpha.tar.gz
except there is an additional debian directory.
You can build the package by running "fakeroot debian/rules binary" from
within the source package directory (just outside the debian directory).
"fakeroot debian/rules clean" should restore the directory to its
pre-build state.
