Installing Emilda on Debian/Sarge 0.1

I thought the instructions were a little "wordy" and I wanted
a basic recipe to follow.  Not sure I did much better than what
was already out there, but here is what seemed to work for me.

I'm not an Apache configuration guru, so any better, safer, more secure
mechanisms welcomed, as well as any other comments.
