Demo Problem

I'm experiencing a problem with the Demo, as well as the same problem
from my own installation.  Steps to repeat on nightly demo:

   Log in as admin/demo

   Click Management / Books / Add New Item

   Author:  Joncas
   Title:   Eagles Wings

   Click Search

   Two items are found, click the first

   The following errors are displayed:

      A Database error has occurred, please retry (code 114)
      A Database error has occurred, please retry (code 114)
      A Database error has occurred, please retry (code 114)

      Add Item - No Hits

Tried this with latest stable demo with similar result.
