RE: Hoovers Config

Well, that does not work for me.   I get the error "Unable to locate address 
for premium.hoovers.com, please try again later. "    The browser translates to 
http://premium.hoovers.com.dbproxy.tamut.edu/subscribe.  This link works on 
campus.  I only get the message when proxying in.
 
I have tried different variations of the config below. 
 
Does anybody else have a config?  Could you also send what the link is on the 
webpage.  My link could be wrong as well.
