Subject: Intermittent Connectivity Issues



Thomson Gale's Technical Support department has received several complaints
from customers who are unable to access http://www.gale.com and
http://infotrac.galegroup.com. Our Engineers are actively investigating
these complaints. We believe that there may be a problem with connectivity
with several ISPs on the Internet. If you are having trouble connecting to
either http://www.gale.com or http://infotrac.galegroup.com, please be
aware that we are investigating the issue. We apologize for any
inconvenience that this may cause. A follow-up message will be sent out as
more information becomes avalible.
