Subject: [ezproxy] problem with Gale InfoTrac databases

I've run into a problem accessing Gale InfoTrac databases, which appears
to have started very recently - maybe today. We are using the "old"
InfoTrac search interface (ie, not the PowerSearch interface).

I can get into InfoTrac databases directly, but when connecting through
EZProxy, InfoTrac doesn't load. The browser progress bar slowly
advances until, a couple minutes later, I get the message:
"Connection refused by infotrac.galegroup.com, please try again
later."

Our ezproxy.cfg file entry is:
Title Gale InfoTrac
URL http://infotrac.galegroup.com/itweb/lom_kalvcc
Host find.galegroup.com
DJ galegroup.com

Entry in ezproxy.msg says:
"UUconnect connect refused by infotrac.galegroup.com:80 (113 no route
to host) in DoTranslate"

InfoTrac databases were working fine as of a couple days ago. All
non-Gale databases continue to work fine through EZProxy. I haven't
made any changes to the EZP setup.
Gale tech support is also investigating, but they weren't aware of any
changes that would cause the problem.

Any ideas, or having same problem?
Thanks. -Ann
