Re: EZproxy 3.6b withdrawn

This release is demonstrating a issue related in the invalid user attempt 
detection, so it has been withdrawn. If anyone upgraded, you can reverse 
the upgrade steps to put the older release in place, minimizing the 
inconvenience.
