"ezproxy -m" creates the minimum files for EZproxy operation.  It doesn't 
provide a template for suspend.htm.  There isn't actually a template for 
suspend.htm, so you create a file with whatever message you want to 
provide when someone exceeds an enforced usage limit and place it in the 
docs subdirectory.

Tickets are special URLs that can be generated by external applications 
that allows those applications to send a user directly into EZproxy and 
through to a resource, bypassing the normal EZproxy login process.  They 
are most applicable to portal applications that want to create links to 
EZproxy with transparent sign-on.
