config setting for Torpedo Ultra

Does someone have an ezproxy.cfg setting for Torpedo Ultra?  

I've added the following setting to our file:

Title   Torpedo Ultra
URL     http://torpedo.nrl.navy.mil/tu/ps/
DJ      torpedo.nrl.navy.mil
HJ      torpedo.nrl.navy.mil
FIND    domain=nrl.navy.mil
REPLACE domain=nrl.navy.mil.^h


However, I get this error message from Torpedo:  

"Your browser, Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows NT 5.1; SV1;
.NET CLR 1.1.4322), appears to have cookies disabled. TORPEDO Ultra
requires cookies for session management purposes, and is in compliance
with the DoD privacy policy. Please enable cookies before using Torpedo
Ultra."

I get the error with both Mozilla Firefox and IE.  The unproxied link
works fine.
