Re: Blackwell Synergy Problems - OPTION DOMAINCOOKIEONLY

Adding these notations to both our Blackwell Synergy and Caliber config
entries resolved the display of the 401 errors for us too (even before
anyone reported that we were experiencing this problem!).  Many thanks to
Paul for the resolution.
