Blackwell Synergy Problems - OPTION DOMAINCOOKIEONLY

We found we needed to add these directives to make it work consistently 
(mainly with Firefox):

OPTION DOMAINCOOKIEONLY

[THE OTHER CONFIGURATION STUFF]

OPTION COOKIE

We ran into the same problem with University of California Press (Caliber) 
journals, and this solved that problem too.  It looks like they use the 
same software platform.
